ADOLF LOOS (1870 – 1933)

Beechwood, original upholstery, 90 x 70 x 79 cm. The armchair comes from the Prague apartment of Ing. Miloš Veverka, director of the Tatra factory. He most likely contacted Adolf Loos around 1931 to prepare designs for his apartment interior. An invoice is included for the upholstery fabric from Oscar A. Rosenberg of Berlin with fabric samples for other pieces of furniture.
